Mah Jongg

Come join us for "Mah Jongg in the Afternoon". All levels are encouraged to come and experienced players are always available to teach beginners. Join us for a fun relaxing afternoon. The cost is free for members or $3 for non-members per session. Games are played on Tuesday afternoon. We also offer Mah Jongg on Thursdays for more experienced players. Bridge

Looking for a game of Bridge? We got it here on Wednesday afternoons at the JCC. If you have a group of players or if you are looking for players to form a group please call us at (315) 733-2343.

Smart girls stay fit!

This is a 14-week program designed to address specific age related problems, health wellness and vibrant aging. This program offers strength training for men and women who want to increase their strength, energy and balance which in turn will allow them to look and feel better. Strength training has been shown to reduce the signs and symptoms of arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease and back pain.

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-12:00 p.m., in the library of the Jewish Community Center. The trained instructor, Jean Pierce, introduces and leads all of the exercises. There is an hour with no floor exercises starting at 10:30 a.m. The floor part of the program, is for a half an hour, starting at 11:30a.m.

Tuesdays:
Chair Program 10:30 – 11:30 am
Floor Program 11:30 – 12:00 pm

Thursdays:
Chair Program 10:30 – 11:30 am
Floor Program 11:30 - 12:00 pm

Price: $30/Members and $40/nonmember
 $10 for the Floor Program
